Here are the end results, and yes, I "borrowed" these pics from Suey's blog.
. We went to breakfast at Village Inn the morning of July 4th. Chris and Anne spent the day with us but went to her family that evening. We were at breakfast about the time the big jets from Hill Air Force Bay were supposed to fly over for the parade, and we all know how Larry loves airplanes, so Don, Larry, Connor, and Cayden went outside the restaurant to wait for them. I took Abby outside so she could see them too. But they never flew over. Huh!!?? In the photo below, Larry is fake pointing. There were no jets to be seen. Mawmaw didn't go with us because her foot was giving her so much trouble.

Sometime during the day on July 3rd and 4th Jenni made freezer pops and pudding pops. Here's a cute scrapbook page of that activity.
We didn't go to the parade or do much of anything else except eat, eat, eat. We had a barbecue late that afternoon and then went to Mawmaw's to shoot off fireworks since they are illegal to shoot off east of Canyon Road. But of course, I don't guess they're illegal for the next door neighbors, on whom we had to call the police because of their fireworks. Here's my scrapbook page of everybody wearing one of the Fourth of July hats the girls made. Cute, huh! Chris and Anne aren't in this because they were with Anne's family.
Fairly early Saturday morning, Jenni, Don, and the boys left for Logandale. About the time they left, Ty and Jarah and their kids from Lewisville, Texas got to the airport in SLC. They flew in for a vacation and to go to a Lewis family reunion in Bountiful. They stayed with Josh and Norky for four nights and now they are here with us until they leave on Saturday. They've been doing a lot of sight-seeing. Larry and I went to a barbecue at the southern Humphreys' home last night and spent time with all of them. Good food, Good company. Look at this cute photo I got of Alan and Anabelle and Jason and Sabrina.
